If you want something polished but not too loud, I’d look at Costa Adeje first. You get good hotels, plenty of restaurants, and evenings that feel lively but not chaotic.
Playa de las Américas is for you if you’re still in the mood for trying three bars in a night and don’t mind noise spilling out onto the street. Los Cristianos is a bit in between, with a port, a more lived in feel, and enough tourists that you won’t feel out of place.
