Costa Adeje has the best beaches overall, mainly because they feel more polished and pleasant to spend time on. Playa del Duque is the standout if you want soft sand and a more comfortable setting, and the whole stretch tends to feel well kept.
Los Cristianos has good beaches too, especially if you want something easier and more family friendly, but they’re not quite as refined. Playa de las Américas is fine for beach time, though it’s more about convenience and energy than beauty. If beach quality matters most, Costa Adeje is the clear winner.
