Roques de García is a good choice, a flat 4km loop you can knock out in under two hours with almost no elevation gain. The trail’s well marked and sits above 2000 metres, so you get high-altitude views without the climb.
Rambla de Castro in the north is another gentle option, a coastal walk with historic manor grounds and ocean views. Malpaís de Güímar near the coast offers an easy 4.2-mile volcanic badlands circuit.
