Playa de las Teresitas, Playa de las Vistas, and some of the sheltered beaches in Costa Adeje are usually the best bets for families. You want calm water, easy access, toilets nearby, and somewhere you’re not constantly worrying about waves knocking little ones over.
Teresitas is probably the easiest all round, because it’s broad and gentle. Las Vistas is another solid choice because it’s simple, central, and practical.
