The main cave to visit is Cueva del Viento near Icod de los Vinos, and it’s the one I’d prioritize if you only choose one. It’s a lava tube, so it feels more volcanic and strange than a classic tourist cave, which makes it stand out.
Las Ventanas de Güímar is another option, though it’s more of a hiking and tunnel experience than an easy sightseeing stop.

There’s also the Cave of Santo Hermano Pedro, which is smaller and more of a cultural visit. If you like underground places, Tenerife can be good fun, just don’t expect a long list of polished show caves.
